An expansive time to go deeper into wholeness: transforming, renewing and emerging into new life
The Deep Expansive Healing & Transformation Retreat: Healing Your Hurts, Living Your Essence, Flowing Your Bliss
Immerse yourself in this deeply transformative journey into wholeness. Feel yourself releasing old wounds and awakening into new life as the group grounds and connects with the renewing energies of Springtime in the beautiful Murray region. This is your invitation to spend up to 20 days to change your life in the safety of a supportive healing community, connecting with the energies of nature and guided by your own innate healer, the group’s wisdom and the synchronicity of Spirit.
Why nearly three weeks? In our retreats we find that as time passes the sense of safety and trust within the group grows deeper and deeper. This foundation of trust and safety is what makes courageous and lasting transformation possible.
In 2016 and 2017 we ran 14-day retreats and by the time they finished we found people were ready to continue the journey, to go even deeper for more profound and lasting change. So in 2018 we are extending our Deep Changer retreat for an extra 6 days. Our weekend retreats are amazing ….. and yet for many people they are just the beginning, and the soul cries out for more!
One or two weeks also available. While we encourage everyone to commit to the full three weeks if at all possible, we recognise that for some people this is very difficult. So we have structured the retreat in such a way that people can do either just the first week or the first two weeks (everyone has to be there for the first week as it is too disruptive for the group dynamics to have new people joining us part way through).
We will work from Monday to Friday each week and if people are leaving at the end of the week, we will spend the Saturday morning with integration and wrapping up sessions. Those continuing will have the weekend to relax and integrate in the beautiful surroundings, do their own integration, visit nearby Echuca or even return home (there will be a 5% discount for people away for the weekends). Those completing the full 3 weeks will finish together at lunchtime on Friday 2nd November.
Mini-vision quest. On the third week of this retreat, there will be an optional opportunity to have a mini-vision quest.
Camping alone for 24 hours in the lovely redgum bushland near a river, within our own sacred circle, connecting to earth and sky, the elements and the directions, we open ourselves to allowing the emergence of deeper and meaningful aspects of who we are and how we live.
A life-changing experience and a meaningful and special culmination of your three weeks of healing, transformation and journeying.
Finding reconnection. For thousands of years, the medicine men and women of indigenous cultures have understood the physical and spiritual interconnectedness of all things. This retreat follows the Shamanic perspective on healing. It is about restoring balance, right relationship with the earth and with Spirit and retrieving the aspects of Self (or Soul) that become fragmented through trauma. You don’t need any prior experience of shamanic, energetic or earth-based work and this work does not involve use of substances or plant medicines.

Jung inferred that the loss of instinct, the loss of soul…can be restored through reconnection with the sacred aspects of the natural and imaginal worlds.
In our descent to reconnect with our roots in wild nature…we may navigate unknown territory, dark waters, and close, tight spaces. We may even enter in that impenetrable dark night of the soul where all hope seems lost. But Jung urged us to look for the seed in the darkness that will come to fruition and light.
What is broken into pieces can be re-membered and begun anew like the initiate who emerges as a powerful shaman. It is possible, through the process of descent to reconnect with the sacred earth, to restore our souls to their rightful wholeness, both individually and as a culture.
By re-membering our roots in the sacred, by re- establishing right relations with nature and the imaginal, we renew our trust in the power of soul to help us find our way home. – Bonnie Bright
