Phoenix Arrien loves to teach meditation, guide deep relaxation and hold space for people to relax and discover easier, freer, happier mind, body & spirit. She has 30 years experience providing sacred transformation and healing spaces for people to transform, heal and self-discover.
Her training and experience includes Meditation, Somatic Psychology, Jungian Psychology, Restorative Yoga and more.
Phoenix was head-hunted by the Bushfire Recovery Program to provide meditation & relaxation classes for Black Saturday bushfire survivors and she is a qualified masseur and experienced nature guide.
Join her for two days of serenity, peace and restoration, emerging feeling better and clearer and ready to move through the world in an easier, grounded, happier and focussed way.
