A personal powerful rite-of-passage and empowering inner exploration
Open the veins of forgotten springs…
Create a clearing in the dense forest of your life
and wait there
until the song that is your life
falls into your own cupped hands
and you recognise and greet it.
— Martha Postlewaite (abridged)
What is a Soul Quest?
We now, more than ever, need to tap into our legacy of deep connection with ourselves, with something greater than what we think we are or the world is…to allow soul, nature and the web of life to inform and guide us.
Our disconnection from ourselves, nature and the greater unknown that can bring inner peace and understanding is rampant, as we lose ourselves in material goods, addictions, unfulfilling relationships or soul-crushing jobs.
We repress our emotions, love, spark, passions, shadows, uniqueness and more and settling without realising it for what we are told is a ‘a decent person leading a decent life’.
Letting go of story, identity and who we think we are, we ‘get out of our own way’ to open up to our real lives, our purpose, our passions, our potential and bone-knowing understanding of who we are and what we are a part of, brings the life changes we may or may not have realised we have been yearning for.
For much of human history people have sort time in nature away from others to be with themselves and obtain deep insights into their inner life, world view and clarity beyond conditioned limitations.
Stepping into your sacred circle, you step out of your everyday reality and into what is unknown yet strangely familiar.
As a rite of initiation, the quest is a ritualistic descent to depths, in which you let go of your familiar way of belonging to the world, uncover the passion and wisdom of your soul, and retrieve the gift that is yours to bring to the world, enhancing personal fulfillment and genuine service.
While it can be challenging to let go of our attachments to what we are used to for a few days, the benefits are greatly fulfilling and profound.
Day 1: Preparation, teachings and guidance including safety, how to get the most out of the
Quest and mentally preparing.
Day 2 – 4 Solo time in nature in your own tent, a bell tent or other as negotiated. Without the
Usual items that we hang on to. And either water fasting, soft or raw foods.
Day 5: Integration and stepping forward.

It is not a wilderness but allows the focus to be on yourselves and your journey rather than a stressful ‘survival’ notion of being a long way from anywhere and anyone.
No previous camping or backpacking experience is required.
