Emotions are essential for almost every aspect of living. We cannot escape emotions, we can only repress them and they then affect us in negative ways including tension, chronic conditions, illnesses, disconnection, difficulties in relationships, family patterns, workplace, conflict and more.
In this powerful and empowering afternoon, we acknowledge emotions and learn and practice tools to allow emotions to move through us and be released. Harmony and vitality are just two of the results. We also gain insights and clarifications and realise that we can be clearer in conflict and relating. There are so many benefits to reclaiming emotions.
