How does a Payment plan work?

We offer an opportunity to discuss regular payments at an affordable rate for you to pay off the cost of the retreat. Please phone Phoenix on 0407 650026 or click here to contact us to discuss this.

What is covered?

The retreat payment includes all materials, accommodation, meals, snacks and facilitation and admin for the period of the retreat including weekends.

What is the schedule?

What happens on weekends?

Weekends are free time to integrate. We will work from Monday to Friday each week, leaving the weekends without structure to relax and integrate in the beautiful surroundings. Food and accommodation is still provided.

For people just doing the first 2 weeks, we will spend their final Saturday morning with integration and wrapping up sessions. Those completing the full 4 weeks will finish together at 5pm on Saturday 6th November.

What is the accommodation?

There is some limited accommodation in the Retreat House. Additional accommodation will be in bell tents, or you are welcome to bring your own tent or van and sleep in that (your camping fees are included in the price). If you want to upgrade to a cabin please contact us ASAP (subject to availability).

Are the meals vegetarian?

Yes they are.

Are dietary requirements offered?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements where possible.

How do I get there?

The venue is about 250km (3 hours drive) North of central Melbourne. The nearest towns are Echuca and Shepparton. Directions will be sent upon booking. We encourage car-pooling for participants. It is also accessible by public transport.

What is the Soul Quest?

Soul Quest is a chance to spend 24hrs, 2-days or 3-days spent in solitude, in nature with optional fasting (similar to Native American Vision Quests). Participants in previous years found this experience was a highlight of their retreat. There is plenty of preparation for Soul Quest. Those who choose to do it take with them just a sleeping mat, a mosquito net and water (and some food if not fasting). This will happen over the Melbourne Cup Weekend (29 Oct to Nov 1)

What do I bring?

A full list of what to bring will be emailed when you book in. As well as comfortable clothing and bedding and a mat, we encourage people to bring musical instruments, writing materials, and any special or sacred objects they would like to have with them during this retreat.

Is there Wifi and Phone range?

There is no Wifi at the venue. There is phone range. We encourage people to unplug as much as possible during the week. If people need to be able to reach participants in an emergency, we can give them Phoenix’s mobile number or the venue’s landline number.

I’ve never done anything like this can I still attend?

Yes. If you have any questions about your suitability to attend please call Phoenix on 0407 650026 or click here to contact us to discuss this.
