I have lived experience of mental health issues and understand some of the challenges of recovery. Working with people who are accessing the NDIS for years has lent me an understanding of many of the processes required.

FAQ’s:
How long do we get together for?
Sessions last between 30-80 mins. These are online or in-person. Home visits in Melbourne or the Yarra Valley may be possible.
I don’t have NDIS funding for coaches?
Payment is private or under the NDIS and we can explore which category would be most suitable for funding to come from. Don’t worry, there will almost always be a category in your NDIS funding that will be relevant.
Can you join my care team?
Yes I can. I can also communicate with other service providers to ensure there is understanding about your recovery journey if you would like me to.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes they are, unless you provide permission to share certain things with your care team.
