‘Mat-work’ is the main powerful healing and transformational core processes of Innate Wisdom Connection.

It is an opportunity for an individual (or couple / other combinations or family / household) to work through whatever is coming up in safety and with facilitation. 

Everybody else participates, shares in, and benefits from the healing journey that unfolds.

Heal and transform together – the power of groupwork!

Mat-work is an experiential process which is directed by the innate healing wisdom of the person (or people) whose process it is. Thus no one mat-work will look like another.

Work on your stuff. Connect with IWC community. Insights, depth, self- understanding in this nourishing and experiential one-day workshop. Including discussions, sharings Innate Wisdom Connection’s unique blend of effective experiential healing and transformation processes.

Times: 9.30am if you have never tried matwork OR 10am if you have experienced matwork.  Finish 6pm.

Please aim to arrive 30 mins early in case of delays or be there the night before to make it easy.

Latecomers will not be admitted.

Investment in cash only on the day: $30 participant / $65 if you work in the circle. Either way you always get what you need! Dinner included.

Limited Accommodation Available 6 Dec & 7 Dec: $30 per night for bedroom or gypsy wagon (shared) or van/tent camping $10 per night. These must be pre-booked on trybookings link www.trybooking.com/CNCNO

A free chunky nourishing vegetable soup will be served for dinner around the campfire that night and music instruments/song/poetry welcome.

Facilitator:

Phoenix Arrien is passionate about supporting people’s journeys towards healing and transformation. She has over 25 years experience, providing sacred transformation and healing spaces for people to transform, heal and self-discover. 

Her training and experience includes Somatic Psychology, Jungian Psychology, Australian indigenous healing, Native American & Sth American healing, Maori and Cherokee bodywork, dance/movement, Adventure-based Counselling, Process Work, Voice Dialogue, Healing Ecology, Deep Ecology, writing and meditation. 

She believes that safe space, sacred process, loving community and non-judgemental presence allows healing and transformation to emerge and be integrated.
